Yassine is in charge of developing the firm's relations with fund managers and is responsible for fundraising in Europe.

He has an extensive experience in public affairs, strategic intelligence and due diligence processes. Prior to founding Orous Capital, he advised economic actors on their investment strategies and partnerships development in France and in French-speaking African countries, allowing him to develop a specific knowledge of structures, decision-making channels and networks of influence. In addition, he acted as an advisor for the French insurance group, La Macif on its expansion strategy in selected European markets.

Yassine is a lecturer at ESCP Business School in fundraising strategies and investor relations. He has also been an auditeur at the French Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (Institut des hautes études de défense nationale - IHEDN).

Yassine holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies of Paris, a Master’s degree in International Communication from the Paris Panthéon-Assas University and an MBA in Strategy & Competitive Intelligence from the Economic Warfare School of Paris.

Yassine is fluent in French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
