Dr. Najat is the Chief of Staff of the Professional Services Unit at TONOMUS.NEOM, Saudi Arabia. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of a Family Office of a prominent Saudi Royal family, where she oversaw the management of companies and businesses across multiple jurisdictions, anchored in the GCC and Saudi Arabia.

Najat was part of the McKinsey & Company Practice Management team within the Financial Institutions Group in Singapore.

She is also the Founder and CEO of a GCC-focused firm based in London that provides strategic leadership and comprehensive Arab Family Office services.

Najat has held prominent board roles, including serving as a Trustee for the University of London, as well as with several UK-Saudi companies and an educational establishment in Abu Dhabi. She is currently on the board of Silverstone Heritage.

An award-winning speaker and campaigner, Najat is a global advocate for promoting Arab women in business, mentorship, and women's empowerment workshops.

Najat graduated from the University of Oxford with distinction for her thesis research and is a published PhD scholar.

She speaks English, French, and Arabic.
