His Excellency Mubarak Ahmed Bin Hamoodah Al Dhaheri joined the Orous Capital Advisory Board in 2023. He is a prominent Emirati national businessman, active in several sectors. He is the founder and the Chairman of Mubarak & Brothers Holding (his Family Office) and Tamalluk Business Development (his Private Office).

H.E. Mubarak is a seasoned investor in various fields such as private equity, real estate and infrastructure. He is also the local partner for the UAE to international companies from Europe, Asia and North America, including Cisco Systems, Kapsch TrafficCom AG, Global Speed GmbH.

H.E Mubarak was the founder and the Chairman of Al Qudra Holding, (now Q Holding) a premier real estate investment company in the UAE. Q Holding is today a subsidiary of the International Holding Company (IHC) and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s second market (ADX) since 2017.

He is also board member at Makhazen Investment, a UAE real estate private joint company. He is the founder of several companies in the UAE including MBH Interiors and Atmosphere Furnishing.

He was former Vice President of Al Ain Sport Club and ex board member of various firms, including the Abu Dhabi Business hub, Mirodec Gulf LLC and Consolidated Gulf Industries.

All along his career, H.E. Mubarak has initiated numerous educational and cultural projects to build bridges between the UAE and the rest of the world.

H.E. Mubarak graduated from Al Ain College – UAE, with a major in Business Administration.
